A combination of many factors including unusually slow distillation process in tall copper pot stills deliver a characteristic sweet, fruity and elegant spirit. Each expression has its own unique personality, underpinned by the distinctive, hallmark characteristics of the distillery – ripe fruits, citrus, vanilla and an exquisite spicy finish all encased in the creamiest of textures and with a complex and well-poised balance. Released as part of the Soleo Collection a new core range from the Glenrothes Distillery. Named after the process of sun-drying grapes for the production of sherry in Jerez. Matured in first-fill sherry seasoned oak casks and bottled at 43% abv. Our Tasting Notes Nose: Ripe banana, raisins, dry sherry, balanced oak and some vanilla caramel. Palate: More vanilla caramel, espresso, old oak and dried dark fruits. Finish: A medium to long with spicy oak and plenty of fruits.. For adults of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly.
