Shipping Regions

We currently ship orders to addresses within United States / EU / Canada If you reside outside of our standard delivery zone and wish to place an order, please contact us directly to discuss possible arrangements.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as .UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, Local Courier Services to deliver your order safely and on time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery windows are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • Local Delivery (if applicable): Same-day or next-day delivery within California

  • In-Store Pickup: Ready within 24 hours during store business hours

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs clearance (for international shipments).

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. We may offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions from time to time, such as:

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $9.95 for all domestic orders

  • Free Shipping: On orders over $199 (after discounts, before taxes)

All shipping fees are clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

In-Store Pickup

If you prefer to pick up your order, please select the “In-Store Pickup” option at checkout. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for collection at our retail location:

Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation when picking up.

Age-Restricted Products

If your order contains alcoholic beverages, someone 21 years or older must be present to receive the shipment. We reserve the right to verify age upon delivery or at the point of in-store pickup. Failure to comply may result in order cancellation and restocking fees.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to legal regulations, we do not ship alcoholic beverages to certain states or regions. If your area is restricted, your order will be canceled, and you will be notified promptly.
