Official Tasting Notes Nose: Fresh, light citrus notes followed by a hint of caramel, sherry sweetness and charred peat embers. Taste: A lovely balance of fresh fruit, spiced chocolate and cinnamon with soft lingering peat smoke. Finish: A balance of intense sweetness, soft peat smoke and bursts of mixed fruit..
