Our Tasting Notes
Nose: Freshly polished granny smith apples, waxy peels, touches of vanilla and salted caramel. Citrus and passionfruit some nutmeg spice.
Palate: Toffee fudge, stewed stone fruits and honeycomb, dark chocolate bittersweet, pickled ginger and again waxy.
Finish: A spicy finish is welcomed, chocolate, creamy butter, more vanilla and unripe pineapple.
