It was released in September 2012 and is a blend of 7 year old, 5 years old and 4 year old malts from 3 types of cask. It’s non chill filtered and has no colouring. Tasting Notes Nose: Honey, toffee, white grapes, white peaches, pink grapefruit and dried pears Palate: Savoury spices, puff pastry, raisins, heather honey, pepper, apples, macadamias and dried pears.
