This single cask offering drawn from cask number 2411 has been distilled in 1997 and bottled 19 years later in 2017. After spending its entire life maturing in an ex-sherry cask we find that only a limited number of bottles have been produced. 545 to be exact and this was for the worldwide whisky market. Official Tasting Notes Nose: New leather and whiffs of rum soaked raisins. Plenty of Sherry character that’s to be expected but mixing with sea salty air. Palate: Raisins and sultanas, white pepper and plenty of cereals. Lots of mouth-coating oils deliver hints of rum, sherry and bursting with spice. Finish: An enormous finish of sweetness and delicious oak with plenty of smoke.    . For adults of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly.
