Morrisons own the Aberargie distillery in Perth, Scotland which is now 3 years old (January 2021). The company was originally started by an ex employee of the independent bottling company Scottish Liqueur Centre when in 2008 he gathered a group of whisky enthusiasts and began bottling and selling whisky. The Gaelic name Càrn Mòr is given to the ninth highest mountain in Scotland which sits on the Northwest Highlands. The English translation is Great Peak. Released as part of the Strictly Limited range this Glenburgie was distilled in 2013 and sat maturing in ex-Bourbon Hogsheads before being finished in ex-Sauternes casks. It was bottled by Càrn Mòr in 2020 with only 607 bottles being produced at an ABV of 47.5%. Tasting Notes Honeycomb, apricot jam and a lusciously waxy mouthfeel.  . For adults of legal drinking age.
