The 24 faces of the Hibiki bottle represent the 24 seasons of the age old Japanese calander and s the ancient tradition of “Sekki” which has been honoured for centuries. The front label is made from “Washi”, hand-crafted Japanese paper. The Hibiki range has become extremely popular and sought after, not just in Australia but around the world. This blended whisky from Suntory has whisky of up to 17 years added and is another fine example of the wonderful work they do to bring us word class whisky. Currently only available in small batches every 6 months this blended whisky from Japan is truly spectacular. Our Tasting Notes Nose: A fruity whisky offering peach, apricots and floral elements. Hints of toasted oak and smoke. Palate: There’s some citrus and plenty of oak but just the right balance. Toffee and black cherries some vanilla hints and very fresh and clean. Finish: A long finish that has silky bitter chocolate and more oak with a little bit of spice.. For adults of legal drinking age. Please drink responsibly.
