Matured in hand selected fresh American ex-Bourbon casks, the whisky is available at cask strength and non chill-filtered hence it retains a fuller flavour of a natural single malt whisky. cask numbers and abv change regularly but the quality remains excellent. Our Tasting Notes Nose: Tropical fruits of mango, coconut and pineapple, vanilla oak, soft spices and some sweet maple. Palate: An extremely well balanced whisky which offers tropical fruits of mango, coconut, vanilla, sweet oak, toffee and red apples. Finish: Smooth, tropical fruits, subtle peppery spice, waxy peels and vanilla.
