Our Tasting Notes Nose: A big bold whisky showing ginger, strawberry sponge, citrus, salted toffee and subtle smoke. Palate: Spicy notes of pepper, peat smoke, ginger and salted caramel, garden herbs and big oily notes. Finish: Balanced, oily with brine and berry jam, fruit and nut bars..
