🗓️ Return Eligibility

We accept returns on most items within 14 calendar days of delivery. To qualify:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied at our discretion.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:

Opened or partially consumed bottles of alcohol
Perishable goods
Gift cards
Clearance or final-sale items

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error
Items purchased in-store may be returned at our physical location

💰 Refunds

After your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of your refund status.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🔄 Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
